Epsom Downspicture album

Epsom and Walton Downs are regulated byAct of Parliament, and are administered by Conservators. The racecourse on the Downs is used for horseracing for a few weeks per year. The most famous horserace in the world, the Derby , is held in June each year. Otherwise, the Downs are used for racehorse training in the early mornings, and for recreation, including horseriding, flying model aeroplanes and kites, cycling, and walking.
