Harold Bell & Co is a solicitors practice providing services to clients of a private, professional and business nature locally in the Ewell/Stoneleigh area, and, because of its widely based loyal clients, throughout the country. It is our philosophy and wish to provide the best possible professional service to our clients in an efficient and friendly manner. We believe that service, in return for a fair fee, is the paramount requirement of our clients whilst maintaining old-fashioned standards of professionalism and courtesy. Harold Bell & Co has as its senior partner, Malcolm Bell, the successor to his father Harold Bell, in partnership with Tracy Poolman. The firm has two other solicitors, Robert Millett and John MacDonald, offering expertise in their own fields and a supportive staff, some of whom have been with the firm for many years. The firm has been established 40 years this year. The work carried out by the firm includes conveyancing, matrimonial, probate and wills, litigation, powers of attorney, small company and partnership advice, share acquisition, personal injury and intellectual property. We offer a Mediation service, and are Notaries Public. A solicitor will deal with all legal matters. In their absence, someone will be available in the office who knows what is going on, and can respond with knowledge, virtually immediately, on every occasion. We are prepared to give a fixed price estimate in the relation to any conveyancing matter, subject only to unforeseen circumstances. A fair and reasonable view is taken in relation to abortive work. Harold Bell & Co are in a position to offer free, independent financial advice should it be required. The offices are close to Stoneleigh station on the Waterloo-Epsom line, and bus routes into Kingston and Epsom. There is plenty of free parking immediately outside our offices.
