1- A plantation company that may have been based in Epsom named "Larkat Plantation Company" and

2- An employee of that company: William Maunsell Reeves, who resided in Epsom (possibly Ebbisham House?). He died in the sinking of the SS Berlin in 1907. I am not sure when he was born, but he lived in Dublin & Clare for many years as well.

Ian's dad was a Flight Engineer in the R.A.F. and was killed whilst on a bombing raid in the early 1940's. He was one of a family of 11 children to George & Kate WATERMAN hailing from Garden Cottages, East Street. Sadly no longer there.

After Douglas was killed, Nancy eventually married an ex Navy man but I do not know the surname. Iheard a rumor that they had moved to Weston-Super-Mare. Any Information re Ian or any other of the WATERMAN family will be very much appreciated. Thankyou

Jane Ellen married my great grandfather in 1901 Frank Scovell who is from Banstead Surrey. They had children but only found two Elsie Emily May and Arthur William Scovell. In the middle 1920's my great grandfather had a another family by my great grandmother.

There has been no trace of the Everests family since the births of these two children. Can't find Deaths nor Marriages. If anybody caqn help it would be fab!!!!!

My Grandmother Emma Caroline Hedges was from a large family of, I believe 11 children. Home was Bracken Path, Epsom Common.

Names I can remember are of a brother Ron, and sisters Celia, Doris and Annie (Annie emigrated to Canada, when unknown).

My Grandmother married a Ted Potterton they had a daughter named Teddie born 1918.

Died 23 March 1940, Buried Epsom Cemetery; Married: Harold LeClair Kemp, 10 March 1917, in Thanet, England; Divorced: about 1924; Daughter 1: Daphne Ethel; born Eastbourne, Seaford, Essex, England, 7 July 1918; Daughter 2: Doris; born about 1919/20, possibly Vancouver B.C., Canada.

My grandmother's husband, Herbert Collins, died in 1919 (aged 34)at his parents residence which was stated as 'Rokeby', Ladbroke Road (no number), Epsom.

Does anyone know this address, was Rokeby a house name ?? Herbert's parents were Minnie and Thomas Collins. Thomas was an architectural stonemason and Herbert was a builders accountant.If anyone knows the history of houses/residents in Ladbroke Road c. 1915-1920 I would most most grateful for any info.

I have just come back from Epsom with lot's of photograpic evidence, but would apprieciate any further information on the above family. I have discovered for example that there are more Thornton'S, in Epsom, than thjere are in my home town of Liverpool.
